This note explains what the browser tools keep on your device, what an early access application sends to GEN Tennis, and the safeguards that apply when a young player is involved.
Browser-based tools
The Development Assessment and 12-Week Pathway Planner calculate results in the browser. Their player-context inputs are not submitted to GEN Tennis or stored with early access applications. The Career Pathway Atlas uses published reference data and does not require personal inputs.
GEN Tennis records limited interaction events such as page viewed, tool started, tool completed, and brief copied. These events include the event name and Site path, not the assessment ratings, plan selections, names, emails, or development questions.
Early access applications
Applications store the adult contact name and email, optional general location, role, preferred review format, broad age band, general playing or coaching context, the submitted development question, guardian confirmation, source path, date, and application status.
This information is used to review eligibility, contact selected applicants, and provide the requested program. GEN Tennis does not sell application data.
Young players and sensitive information
Parents and guardians may use GEN Tennis with younger players, including the development tools designed for ages four and up. All applications must be submitted by an adult. Applications concerning minors must be handled by a parent or guardian, or a coach with guardian permission.
Do not submit a minor's full name, school name, video, medical information, or other sensitive personal information through the application form. Any future service involving video would require separate consent, storage terms, access rules, and a deletion process before footage is collected.
Retention and access
Access to application records is limited to the people responsible for operating the program. Records are kept only as long as needed to review applications, provide the service, resolve issues, and meet applicable obligations. Deletion requests can be made from the adult contact email used to apply.
Accelerate founding-cohort applications
We store your adult name, email, age band, city, tennis and sports experience, general weekly activity, objectives, practice commitments, availability, interest in the program, contact consent, date and application status. These details are used to review fit and contact you about the cohort. They are not sent to analytics, which records only action names and page paths.
The Accelerate preparation questions stay on the current page and are not saved as an assessment record. We do not request sensitive health details. Any readiness discussion or progress video requires a separate process. The retention and access rules above also apply to cohort applications.
Newsletter, stories, partnerships and collection interest
Newsletter signups store your email, consent version and signup date. Story submissions add your name and response. Partnership inquiries add your organization and project note. Collection-interest submissions store your name, email, chosen artwork and item, and optional note; they do not create an order or collect payment. Story submissions may include a chosen editorial topic. These records go to the GEN Tennis owner for manual review. A submission is acknowledged on screen; it does not send an automated email or automatically publish your contribution.
Story publication requires separate permission and agreed attribution. We do not request uploads or child-identifying information. Request deletion or withdraw newsletter consent through the GEN Tennis contact form, using the same contact email and identifying your request. Marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe before mailing begins.
The practice planner and junior budget worksheet calculate on this device. Optional local saving keeps one plan or budget in this browser, with no cloud synchronization. Clear your browser’s site data to remove it. Analytics records action names and routes, not costs, practice choices or form contents.
Changes to this notice
If GEN Tennis introduces accounts, persistent player records, video, payments, coach profiles, or connected AI services, this notice will be updated before those features begin collecting additional information.
